The Federal Reserve Will Go All-In

What the Federal Reserve is about to do will have the effect of basically putting the final nail in the economic coffin of the United States. The Federal Reserve is about to go all in on the failed policies of the past. They have completely misdiagnosed this disease.

Traders Are No Longer Buying What The Federal Reserve Is Selling

Traders are no longer buying what the Federal Reserve is selling. Because even though the Federal Reserve is talking about raising interest rates, the U.S. Dollar went down and Gold went up. People are paying more attention to what the Federal Reserve is actually doing rather than what they they are pretending they are going to do.

Bitcoin Is Just Too Volatile To Be Money

Bitcoin is just too volatile to be money. At best it is just an asset, a speculative asset. It does have liquidity similar to money, you can exchange it.

Ultimately though the value of a Bitcoin may prove to be zero because it does not have any value if people do not want to use it as a medium of exchange or store of value because there is no real value there to store.

The Rallies Will Not Be Sustainable

We can get rallies in the stock market but they are not going to be sustainable because the Federal Reserve is going to have to join this party. The Fed will need to come to the aid of the markets with new stimulus. Just delaying the rate hike is not going to do it. They actually need to deliver more stimulus, the Federal Reserve has to be in the game, the Fed has to join the other central banks in providing fresh stimulus. They have to cut interest rates, they have to go back to Quantitative Easing (QE). And until they acknowledge that the markets are never going to be able to make much.
